Choosing the Avenidas Novas in Lisbon means choosing to be close to almost everything we want as part of our life, whether on foot or by any of the many transports that cover the all city.
Life is still at neighborhood pace, within a few steps you can find some of the best local restaurants, gourmet grocery stores, ice cream shops and modern bakeries with traditional bread.
Surrounded by green areas, heading north you can find the avenues of Praça de Espanha, which will be restored by the “Caminhos da Água” project. Right in front is the extraordinary garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Five minutes south, you can find Eduardo VI Park where the magnificent Amália Rodrigues garden is located.
The rehabilitation and the enhancement of the building contribute to the maintenance of the unit of the urban and architectural complex of the street and its surroundings, already consolidated for several decades.
